I thoroughly enjoyed the triple room with a disable friendly toilet and 1 double bed + 1 single bed, for instance. The breakfast was savoury, featured a great selection of meals. The location was secluded, close enough to many restaurants, the eateries, and Genting Highlands.

The location is secluded, very close to the center and taxi or grab and all the Genting attractions at the top. Also, its located 3 miles from Awana Skyway. The triple room is modern and has a mini bar, a writing desk, and a carpet. Savoury and tasty breakfast, thanks a lot.

Brand-new and well decorated room, had a very pleasant stay for a vacation. Good location in a quiet area really close to the cable car, the centre of the town where the restaurants are, and mid hill.

Everything was perfect, pleasant staff, particularly nice views of the mountain. I greatly enjoyed the good location in the peaceful area. There were a mall and convenience stores around the hotel.

The room was attractive, with a well-designed bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the mashed potatoes. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to a fantastic experience. Only downside was the twin beds for a couple. a great option for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in the secluded location easy to access nearby shop. The breakfast itself is very very good and tasty and the food is appetising! The staff are welcoming and really good, overall.

Greatly enjoyed Genting Highlands, the hotel was well-maintained back up to shopping outlet.

The hotel was positioned quite a distance away from shops and universal connectivity was a bit of an issue. I also found the hotel directions to be difficult to navigate at times.

The buffet spread offered a delicious variety of food, particularly the flavorful Nasi Lemak. Parking was convenient and hassle-free. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and stay at Scapes Hotel.

I did notice a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The pillow was a bit hard, which slightly affected my comfort level.
